Grant Recipients

Through our grantmaking to local nonprofits, the Team Mica Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee will make a difference in raising awareness of suicide prevention and promoting animal adoptions in Tennessee. 

2013 Team Mica Fund Grant Recipients:

Hardeman Adoptable Animals, Inc. rescues dogs from the Hardeman County animal control kill facility. This nonprofit is run by a dedicated group of volunteers to save one animal at a time and find loving homes or rescues for the dogs they save.

Mending Hearts is a residential recovery–oriented therapeutic community for women who are or are at risk of becoming homeless as a result of their addiction to drugs, alcohol or both.
